About Us

The concept of ‘health’ means different things to different people and comes in many shapes and the notion to implement ‘change’ to achieve effective and lasting outcomes is the biggest challenge of all.

Sound familiar?

Hi my name is Nikki and I am the founder of Scratching Records.

With over 15 years in the fitness and health industry, I was always driven by my passion to be the prevention and not the cure.

I soon however realised that the concept of “what it means to be healthy” is multi-dimensional and I needed to expand my skill set to further enhance the impact I could have on my clients lives.

Focusing on the fields of coaching and business for the next few years brought me to my “aha” moment when I realised that my own personal network and the amazing wealth of knowledge that surrounded me on a daily basis was invaluable and benefitted many people and businesses around me.

I enjoyed working collaboratively and drawing on each other’s skills and knowledge to create effective and lasting outcomes.

When COVID hit, our world as we knew it changed overnight and the effects on our personal lives and businesses was like nothing we could have imagined.

I, like so many others, was living in Melbourne in an apartment, isolated from life.

I was fortunate to be offered a position to work on the expansion of a recycling business in Queensland and of course jumped at the chance to enjoy a life out of lockdown.

My “aha” moment however continued to tap me on the shoulder and remain in the forefront of my mind.

It was time to take note and listen and Scratching Records was born.

A whimsical and fun concept that uses metaphors and plays on words to address the sensitive and destructive issues that we ALL experience AND implement the necessary changes to live our best lives.

With the incredible range of expertise from an amazing group of people who are highly respected in their individual fields:
