Along with her wealth of experience in leading Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and HR teams across education, corporate and government sectors, Mareena also holds multiple qualifications in Coaching, Leadership, Business, Human Behaviour, as well as Customer Experience at the Disney Institute, Florida.
